Exchanges
The customer may request exchanges within 30 business days after the product has been delivered.
Conditions:
• The product must be unused
• It must retain its original tags
• It must be in perfect condition
• It must keep its original packaging
Exchanges do not apply to:
• underwear
• swimwear
• accessories
• products on Sale
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 5 business days following the delivery of the product.
The customer must return the product in the same condition in which it was received.
Shipping costs must be assumed by the customer.
Refund
Refunds will be issued within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
Payment Reversal
The customer may request a payment reversal when:
• fraud has occurred
• the purchase was not authorized
• the product was not received
• the product is defective or different from what was ordered
The request must be made within 5 business days after the event.
